Overview
The Marchutz School of Art offers a 6 week summer course in Painting, Drawing, and Art Criticism. In addition to regular painting trips around Aix, students travel to discover the artistic heritage of the region and to take full advantage of the landscape, architecture and museums.
Academic Credit
Academic credit is available.
Undergraduate credit is provided directly from IAU. In cases where the student's host institution does not allow for direct credit from IAU, students may opt to apply to Marchutz through Northern Illinois University, Eckerd College, Truman State University, or Miami Dade College.
Eligibility
2.5 gpa required. Students must be 18 years of age or older.

Costs
Include: Tuition, Housing, 2 meals per day with host (except for one meal on Saturdays), Books, Excursions Studio Art Fee and Damage Deposit.

Scholarships are not available in the summer term. They are availalble to qualified students in the fall or spring term
