Overview
The summer Heredia and Puntarenas programs offer two five week sessions. Students may participate in one or both of the sessions and is an ideal program for students, teachers, and others unable to participate in semester-long programs. Two years of college Spanish language can be completed during the ten-week program. The academic courses are only a part of the intended value of a summer abroad.

Students receive transcript from their USAC university.

Costs
Include: Tuition and Fees; Housing (in homestay), field trips and excursions; student health insurance; room and meals at local hotel during orientation; some entries to museums and cultural events.
