Overview
Erick Vedel, food historian, and his American wife Madeleine offer week-long workshops (max 8 students) out of their home in Arles. Designed for the passionate foodie and the professional desirous of mastering Provencal dishes. Visits to food artisans, wineries and outdoor markets of Provence. In French & English. Accommodations available in their on-site Bed and Breakfast. Accompanying travel companions welcome. Private classes arranged upon request.
