Overview
Santa Reparata has been a part of Florence's artistic life for more than 30 years and thrives on this interchange of ideas and culture.

The school offers programs of study during both Spring and Fall semesters, along with three sessions in the Summer. All courses are taught by locally and internationally recognized instructors within the extensive facilities at Santa Reparata. The diversity found at Santa Reparata will enrich your stay and ensure an experience like no other.

Courses and Programs include: Photography, Printmaking, BookArts, Painting, Drawing, Fashion Design, Italian Language, Graphic Design, Digital Imaging, Video, Interior Design/ Architecture, Art History, Humanities, Sociology, Creative Writing, plus much more.

The school is located in the historic center of Florence and the artistic ambience of Santa Reparata is enhanced by its location in a historic 19th century building. In fact, the garden was once part of the first art academy in Italy, founded by Lorenzo de Medici, whose students included the young Michelangelo.

Santa Reparata International School of Art offer students the rich cultural heritage of Florence and the daily experience of Italian life that is sure to provide an authentic and enriching experience. Santa Reparata allows students to study abroad in Italy by providing affordable tuition and housing along with first rate facilities, services and instruction.

Academic Credit
Academic credit is available.  College Credit Awarded through Columbia College Chicago

Eligibility
High school diploma or equivalent, 18 years of age. Student must have a 2.0 in all college coursework.

Housing/Accommodation
Apartment / Flat

Students are housed in apartments 15-20 minutes walking distance from the school. All apartments are fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, living area and with double and single rooms.

Program Costs
Summer Sessions ($600-$2,200)
Semester Program ($4,800-$6,200)

Costs Include:  Tuition and fees. Does not include housing, transcript fee, transportation, art supplies, living expenses.

Financial Aid
Yes. Some colleges and universities will allow students to use financial aid awarded through their institution.
