Students, teachers, and friends of Greece are invited to participate in Brockport's 29th annual mythological study tour to Greece. While traveling, you study selected myths and their connection with the life of Greece. Various aspects of art, architecture, history, and religion are encountered. Tour members also acquire a greater appreciation of the roots of Western civilization and of modern Greek culture. You will also experience the legendary sun, sea and natural beauty of this ancient land.

Academic Credit
Academic credit is available.  It is possible to earn three credit hours, (undergraduate or graduate) for this course. Pass/Fail for undergraduate credit requires a written report. A letter grade for undergraduates and graduates is earned by submitting a paper treating a particular theme in Greek Mythology in light of selected readings and course observations. There is no formal classroom time in Greece. A reading list is distributed well before departure. Papers are due November 1.
