The institute prides itself in the position it holds in the Culinary Art World. Every year, the Culinary Council organize meetings at Le Manoir aiming at developing the Culinary Art and researching into the marvelous heritage of French Gastronomy.The institute also offers a practical 2 month full time training course designed for foreign students wanting to learn or improve their cooking skills.As Le Manoir is to be enlarging in 2005, it will provide more courses all along the year.
