Cucina & Tradizione: We host students and vacationers for two-week-long workshops featuring food and fun. Learn about Italian cooking and gastronomy. Our schools collaborate with the Edgewood College, Madison, WI whereby students registering with us may receive credits at that college. Since Edgewood College is a higher educational institution fully accredited in the United States, these credits will normally be transferable to most American colleges and universities.
