Overview
This three-week interdisciplinary programme is co-ordinated by Queen's University Belfast's Institute of Irish Studies, founded in 1965 and the first of its kind in the United Kingdom.
Internationally acclaimed scholars will deliver lectures in Irish history, politics, anthropology, film, theatre, language and literature. A full programme of social activity and field trips to sites of historical and cultural interest is included. Students will also meet with political representatives, community leaders and the Police Service of Northern Ireland.
