Overview
MexArt DANCE is a Dance, Spanish and Cultural Immersion summer program for students finishing the 8th - 12th grade. Students live in dormitory-style housing under adult supervision and study dance: jazz, modern, hip hop, ballet, latin dance, flamenco and more. Participants spend 4-5 hours per day dancing. Students also give back to the community by teaching dance to local Mexican children where they can put into practice their Spanish language skills. 2 hours of daily instruction in Spanish grammar and conversation is an integral part of the program.
