Located in the Umbrian town of Città della Pieve, in central Italy, Il Perugino Institute is a centre of the internationally-renowned University of Malta and provides educational experiences to students who seek to enhance their university career with a study abroad experience. The Institute is housed in a 16th century Palazzo with spaces adorned by arcades and frescoes of immense beauty. Classrooms are fully equipped to carry out the educational and cultural activities of the centre. Facilities include a library, a computer lab and a reading room provided with wireless internet access. Academic Credit Academic credit is available.  Each module is assigned ECTS credits, meaning 40 hours of lectures, independent study, field work and examinations. ECTS is the most widely recognised system for evaluating students' academic careers when transferring from one institute to another. Transcripts are issued by the University of Malta - Link Campus. Study Abroad Programmes: Tuition fees depend on the number of modules followed and on the length of stay (i.e. 5 modules approx. €11.000) Costs Include:  Includes: all modules taken (each worth 3-4 credit hours = 6-8 ECTS credits) - lodging and meal plan for period of stay Does not include: airfare, daily expenses, books and other course materials.
