Overview
“I want to use my Spanish in real-life situations with native speakers”, is the most frequent comment BEST receives from its participants. In order to achieve this goal we guarantee you experiential learning by means of an internship in the professional field of your choice.
You will gain experience in an international arena and make contacts for your future. We also hope to open many doors for you culturally and linguistically. For the first two weeks you will attend an intensive language course at one of our up-market, fully-equipped, specialized language schools where you will have the opportunity to attend cultural activities and make friends from all over the world. Following the language crash course you will begin your internship in one of the 300 companies we work with in Spain and Belgium. All sectors and fields of interest are represented in our company files.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age, speak intermediate Spanish (except English language companies), have professional or academic experience in area of internship and be able to commit for 2 to 3 months.

Apartment / Flat
Our housing service will find you a shared apartment with either Spanish students or other program participants. The cost is approximately 400 €/month.
Program Costs
Madrid & Seville: 1370 Euros ($1680) for 2 months; 1530 Euros ($1880) for 3 months
Barcelona: 1450 Euros ($1780) for 2 months (includes a 1 month language course); 1615 Euros ($1980) for 3 months,
300 € deductible application fee. This fee is non refundble.
Costs
Include: Includes 2 week intensive language course, internship placement in Spanish firm, full-coverage insurance, membership in free-time activities club, company screening, housing coordination service, airport pick up, level testing, materials, certificate of participation, onsite coordinators, extension of internship dates.
Financial Aid
Yes.
Female candidates can apply to our Au Pair Program in order to cover their room and board costs while here. They will exchange childcare in English with a Spanish family for room, board and a small stipend.
