Overview
Officially recognized and honored by the Province of Perugia as instrumental in promoting the culinary culture of Umbria. We offer courses on classical international cooking as well as regional Italian cuisine with an emphasis on fresh, authentic ingredients. Individual courses or full cooking programs available in Italian and English.

From 60 euros for individual classes to 3,500 euro for 2-month Intensive Program
Costs
Include: Price of enrollment includes cost of ingredients, written materials and the participation certificate from the Scuola di Arte Culinaria Cordon Bleu Perugia® upon completion of each course.
Dates
Intensive Programs start February 7th, 2005
Intensive Italian Cuisine Program (1 and 2 week options): Specifically designed for foreigners and/or professionals dealing with very traditional and regional Italian cuisine. Start dates: 7 February (2 weeks), 18 April (1 week), 9 May (2 weeks), 3 October 2005 (2 weeks)
International Intensive Program (2 months): Condensed program focusing on the essential workings of an Italian kitchen, traditional menu structure, and authentic preparations. Start dates: 28 February, 22 August 2005
Intensive Pastry Course (5 lessons): Classic Italian and international pastry preparations. Start dates: 21 February, 23 May, 17 October 2005
