This is achieved by combining intensive language courses with a cultural program of lectures and local excursions in and around one of the world’s most historically appealing cities. Students further immerse themselves in Russian cultural and social life by living with a Russian host family and participating in the conversation partner program with other university students. Academic Credit Academic credit is available.  Recommended Credit 8 semester/12 quarter hours Eligibility • Overall GPA 2.75 • 4 semesters of college-level Russian or equivalent Housing/Accommodation • Homestay / Host Family Program Costs Pricing for Summer 2009 programs will begin to be available on 12/15/08 on our website. Costs Include:  The CIEE fee for 2008 includes an optional on-site airport meet and greet, full-time leadership and support, tuition, housing and two meals per day, orientation, cultural activities, local excursions, pre-departure advising, visa fees, most course materials, and a CIEE iNext travel card which provides insurance and other travel benefits.
