Overview
The Institute at Palazzo Rucellai offers accredited semester and summer programs in the historic center of Florence. The palazzo is located in the 15th century Rucellai palace in the center of Florence. Students study under the frescoed ceilings and amidst decorative architecture of the renaissance. Courses are available in art, art history, humanities, international business, psychology, studio art and more. Housing is in shared apartments in the city center all within walking distance of the Institute. Cultural activities, field trips and excursions round out the academic program. The fees include orientation, housing and utilities, tuition, student services, and activities. This Institute includes a library with Ethernet ports and online databases, computer lab (20 systems) with Internet, at studios, classrooms, administrative offices, faculty offices, student lounge and common areas. Scholarships and financial aid available.
