Overview
Canterbury is a medium-size university, which makes it easy for students to meet and get to know each other. Participants will have the opportunity to enroll in regular university classes and, prior to departure, students will select three courses per semester from those available to study abroad students at the University of Canterbury.
Academic Credit
Academic credit is available.
Students must study a minimum of three or four courses. Students are required to take a full course load (3-4 courses per semester). The university is only partially semesterized. Some courses run first semester, some second semester, and others are full year courses only. Courses also have different point values for credit.
