Located in the heart of Florence, Apicius is one of the premier hospitality programs in Tuscany. The school offers summer and semester study abroad programs, as well as one-year certificate courses in Culinary Arts, Wine Studies, Food Communications and Publishing, Hospitality Management, Baking and Pastry, and Italian Cuisine. In addition, Apicius offers a master's level certificate program in Culinary Arts. Come perfect your craft in one of the great cross-roads of Italian culture! Whether you're approaching culinary arts for the first time, or whether you're an expert chef who wants to re-discover a passion for cooking, SAI and Apicius have a program that's right for you. Academic Credit Academic credit is available.  Credit awarded by Fairfield University, CT. Eligibility Minimum age: 18 years old. Open to US and International students. The deadline for Fall semester scholarship applicants is June 1st, and the deadline for Spring semester scholarship applicants is October 15th.
