NGO Internship options include: Health Care, Conservation, Teaching, Journalism, Micro-Business, Youth Sports, and Environmental Conservation. ProWorld Internships combine individual and group development projects with adventures and cultural immersion. Real projects….real experience. The focus of your development project is determined by your skills, your interests, and the needs of the local community. Experiential learning combines with weekly adventures, and productive volunteer work to form a comprehensive and unforgettable internship experience. The ProPeru programs are highly rewarding, safe, and personalized experiences. Academic Credit Academic credit is available.  Internship credit from your home institution Housing/Accommodation • Homestay / Host Family Program Costs Program fees are based on the location and duration of your internship. Please visit www.myproworld.org/fees Costs Include:  Program fees support our host community economies in the forms of project materials purchases, local salaries, host family payments, and local purchases. Program fees include: full room and board, domestic transportation, daily Spanish classes, 24 hour safety and medical services, and funding of development projects and internships. The program fee also includes multiple trips to Incan ruins, cultural activities, visits to rural communities. Financial Aid Yes. ProWorld scholarships and many private scholarships are available.
