This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to live in beautiful Belize, join the community, and work to improve the lives, health, and future of this amazing Caribbean country and its people. Build an elementary school, put a roof on the clinic, construct a playground, or complete another essential project while working side by side with local community members.
Join us in majestic Belize for an unforgettable and valuable experience. In addition to meaningful development work, community celebrations and weekly adventures your group of ProBelize volunteers will explore exotic caves, reef, search for the elusive jaguar, and hike to Mayan ruins. This truly is the trip of a lifetime!
Programs are highly supported by an onsite staff team and welcoming community partners. ProWorld, founded in 1998, is a true leader in the fields of study abroad and international development.
Teams of ProWorld Project Coordinators work year round with our host communities assessing needs, thinking creatively, and setting long-term goals for sustainable development and volunteer projects. Programs start every month of the year. Enroll now!
Belize is a peaceful and complex country rich with cultural diversity and stunning natural beauty. Only two hours away from the U.S., this English-speaking country offers authentic and unforgettable experiences.
Belize is on the Caribbean coast nestled between Mexico and Guatemala. It offers an intriguing mix of tropical forests, majestic mountains, mysterious Mayan temples, and excellent opportunities for diving and fishing. In a single day you can go from tropical forests to the longest barrier reef in the Western Hemisphere.
You'll work in real projects while gaining real experience! Work side by side with local community members, watch the moon rise over the rainforest, hike through the jungle from your front door, explore Mayan ruins, and search for monkeys in the secluded jungle.
These and other weekly adventures combine with cultural excursion and productive volunteer work to form a comprehensive and unique summer experience. Join a fun and adventurous group of volunteers and make this an unforgettable experience.
