Overview
The Two Centre Degree in Fine Art is a three year degree course program leading to the award of a BA Fine Art degree.
The Two Centre Degree in Fine Art is a unique program that links the Cyprus College of Art, located on the southern European island of Cyprus, with the university of Bolton in England.
In the first year of the course students study at the Cyprus College of Art. This gives you the opportunity to explore the ancient history and culture of this beautiful Greek island, as well as develop the basic skills necessary for further success in the practice of art.
In the second and third year you move to Britain, to the University of Bolton (Manchester), located in a multi-cultural northern industrial town. This will give you access to some high quality equipment to develop a specialist interest in an artistic practice. In both Cyprus and England all tuition is in English.
Academic Credit
Academic credit is available.
Year one leads to the ASET Certificate Award in Fine Art, recognised in Britain as equivalent to first year degree study. Years two and three operate within the British CATS transfer scheme.
Eligibility
Holders of a High School Graduation Diploma with a GPA of 3.0+ and good SAT results will be considered for admission providing there is evidence of an interest in art.
