Overview
Since 1950, IES has been building quality study abroad programs and introducing U.S. students to new places, studies, and ways of thinking. A non-profit educational organization, IES offers high academic standards and extensive financial aid in almost 30 programs throughout the world.
The IES Vienna Summer Music Program is specially designed for music performance majors and music history majors. This six-week program offers components in German language study in beginning and intermediate levels, music history on the featured topic or period, and performance studies. Students may opt to enroll in any two or three program components. The distinguished IES faculty is drawn primarily from the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and the University of Vienna.

Students carry 6-9 semester credit hours.
