Overview
Scuola Federico II is situated in a 16th century structure in Trani and was set up by Antonia and Franz Husistein, a Swiss couple, with the express purpose of showcasing the beauty of the Italian language, and of Puglia, one of Italy's most fascinating regions. The school offers courses designed to meet the full range of requirements, from the most basic – for those with minimal knowledge of Italian, to preparation for the internationally recognised CILS diploma – for the more demanding student.
Highly qualified and empathic mother tongue speakers create a relaxed atmosphere in which vacation and study can be pleasantly combined. Students may select from a choice of comfortable and well priced lodgings pre-selected by the school with an eye for both quality and cost. Those who wish to may elect to be accommodated with families. For your peace of mind, we can provide references in the form of listings with Italian cultural centres in your country. We will also make available the names of past students at the school.
