Overview
Founded in 1988, Castila is a Spanish language school that is dedicated to its learners. located in the heart of Granada in the Albaicín, Castila provides instruction for all levels of language learners. With over 46 different extracuricular activities you have the oppertunity to have fun while learning Spanish in an authentic enviroment.
Granada is a University town flaring with young Spanish students and night life, it also has a side of serenity in the Albaicín where you could here a pin drop at night.
The Albaicín is unique to Granada, with narrow cobblestone streets and small plazas with great cafes and resturaunts. Granada itself overlooks the Alhambra Palace, located in the Albaicín, which is the most visited monument in the world. The town has a little something for everyone. Castila is located in a traffic free cobblestone street in the Albaicin with a magnificent view of the Alhambra.
With 46 extracurricular activities there is something for everyone. We go skiing, hiking and sightseeing in the Sierra, play volleyball on the beach, have movies every wednesday, make paella at the school, the beach and sailing during the summer, excursions every weekend, to get a taste of every part of the Andalucia. With many more opportunities not included here, so that you will always have a chance to practice your Spanish skills in an authentic enviroment. Which makes for a fun but intensive learning experience.
