This blend of Structure and Culture defines VIA as a special ESL school in Victoria, and we ensure every student receives an excellent education. VIA students develop critical thinking and responsibility – skills essential for personal growth and professional success. VIA is a pathway to many universities and colleges, and is a TOEIC and TOEFL-ITP test center. Programs: ESL (6 levels), TOEFL, TOEIC, Business Skills. TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language), and TEC are taught at our VIA Training Centre. We can help find an apartment. Program Costs Full-time ESL = $1000 TESL= $1497.50 Costs Include:  Registration fee, textbook, tuition Dates ESL programs begin every Monday.
