Overview
Villanova's Summer Law Study Program in Montreal offers the opportunity to compare important aspects of our legal system with those of our nearest neighbor and most important trading partner, Canada. Courses offered include Comparative Criminal Law, Comparative Federalism, Comparative Privacy Law, International Advocacy, and Introduction to Quebec Civil Law. The program is open to law students only, and includes a variety of legal and cultural field trips and activities.
Eligibility
To be eligible, students must have completed one year of full-time or part-time law study and must be in good standing at their home institutions.
