Open to college freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors. Students may study for an academic year or semester. Program fees include tuition, housing, meals, cultural activities, services of a Student Advisory Center and on-site Resident Director, field trips to Iguazu Falls and Uruguay and computer access. Housing is in an Argentine household. Students attend a 4-week intensive Spanish language course prior to the semester start to prepare for their classes at the University of Belgrano. Academic Credit Academic credit is available.  Transcripts issued by the University of Belgrano. Eligibility Open to college freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors. 2.5 minimum GPA. Costs Include:  The AIFS program fee includes tuition, housing, meals, cultural activities, services of a pre-departure Student Advisory Center and on-site Resident Director, field trips to Iguazu Falls and Uruguay, access to computers and a free e-mail account. Financial Aid Yes. AIFS awards over $250,000 in scholarships each year. Full and partial scholarships are available. Please refer to the AIFS website for details.
