Overview
Take courses taught in English and Russian at St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University. Choose from art history, history, literature, political science and sociology, plus Russian language. No previous Russian language study required.
Open to college freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors. The AIFS program fee includes tuition, housing, a meal allowance, round trip air fare, cultural activities, a 3-day London stopover, field trip to Moscow, public transportation pass, services of a pre-departure Student Advisory Center and on-site Resident Director, access to computers and dinner with a Russian family when the semester begins.
Applications must be postmarked by May 15 for academic year and fall semester; October 15 for spring semester. Scholarships are available.

Homestay / Host Family
Students live in a residence hall for the first three days. Then, housing is in a residence hall with a kitchenette or in a Russian home. Students are given a weekly meal allowance.
