Overview
With partners in Arles (Provence). Sougraigne (Aude) and St. Genies (Dordogne), we work with and promote a number of cookery schools located around France who offer a variety of courses aimed at people who wish to take a 1 or 3 week cookery course as part of their vacation. In Arles you'll find courses such as Mini Gourmand, Classic Gourmand, For Wine Lovers, and a Professional Chocolate Class. You'll stay in the very heart of Arles (Provence) for this course.
In Sougraine you'll be working with Andy Nunn, a chef whose cookery skills have had him working in top hotels and restuarants across Europe and Australia as well as on celebrities private yachts. He is qualified as a pastry chef and and in Royal Thai Cuisine in additional to his wide variety of real hands on experience. You'll stay in their beautiful, traditional French house in a stunning area of France with the Pyrenees clearly visable in the distance.
In St. Genies (Dordogne) you'll work with a chef who trained under the renowned English fish chef, Rick Stein. Food will not be restriced to fish though and here, as in Arles you'll visit the best markets to source the frech produce as well as meet other olocal artisans involved in the food business to get first hand experience of how they work.
