Overview
3 week program beginning July 11, 2004. 1st week in Quito with intensive Spanish in the mornings, cultural immersion and tours/excursions in the afternoon. Travel out to Manabi, a coastal town, to work directly with locals on an organic farm. Harvest bamboo, help with the village children, assist with various aspects of agricultural project. A great program to experience South American culture, to learn the language, and to give something back through volunteering.
