Overview
Discover the pristine beauty of New Zealand. In this country "down under" you can find everything from glacial mountains and spewing geysers, abundant rainforest and clean, sandy ocean beaches. Subtropical in the north in summer to sub-antarctic in the south in winter, New Zealand has just about everything within a few hours of travel. New Zealanders are generally warm, easy-going and friendly people who love the outdoors. You can find it all: hiking, skiing, rafting, caving, yachting, not to mention the national game of rugby. And if you want to see a New Zealander beam with pride, just mention the "America's Cup." Learn the history of these islands from the times of theMaori settlement to the 21st century. So come, discover the sights, sounds, and people of New Zealand.
