You will experience first-hand its rich cultural diversity while cultivating a superior level of Spanish proficiency. Through the Volunteer Program, AMAUTA and the volunteers are able to make a contribution to Peruvian society and to bridge the gap between foreign visitors and native Cusqueños. Housing/Accommodation • Dormitory • Homestay / Host Family • Apartment / Flat Program Costs - Enrollment fee US$ 33.00 - Spanish Course (minimum 4 weeks) US$ 98.00 / week group or US$ 184.00 /week individual - Accommodation (family or residence) US$ 114.00 / week - Volunteer Fee US$ 20.00 This money will be used for the project you have chosen. AMAUTA will provide another US$10 and the total will be donated to your project. Costs Include:  While participation in the AMAUTA Volunteer Program is completely free (all you pay is your course and your accommodation), all volunteers are requested to pay a Volunteer Fee. This money is doubled by AMAUTA and will be used to support the projects. According to the most urgent needs of the projects, we buy either food, or we support the projects with the infrastructure (we buy paintings, or help fixing a toilet, a broken window etc.), or we buy educational materials. Financial Aid Yes. Dates - A minimum of 8 weeks is required to participate in the Standard Volunteer Work Program. -A minimum of 16 weeks is required to participate in the Volunteer Plus Program.
