Overview
WorldTeach volunteers teach English in rural towns and villages around Stolowa Wola, a city four hours by bus from Warsaw and two hours by bus from Krakow. The program is called "Wakacja z angielskim", which means “Vacation with English” Classes are open to the entire community and range in size from 10 to 15 students. There are opportunities for volunteers to learn Polish and gain exposure to Polish life and culture. The eight-week long program runs from mid-June to mid-August. WorldTeach provides training and orientation. Program fee includes international roundtrip airfare, health insurance, and meals and accommodations while in country.
Eligibility
Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and fluent English speakers.

WorldTeach summer programs may qualify for international internship and travel funds awarded by colleges. universities, and other educational institutions. Students are encouraged to check with their schools and other educational institutions for eligibility.
