Overview
New Zealand based Learning Adventures is offering Summer Camp programmes based in the Southern Lakes of district of New Zealand.
Set among the spectacular Southern Alps, in the heart of Middle Earth, Learning Adventures camps are outdoor education-based edu-tourism experiences for students aged 14 -18 from around New Zealand and around the world.
Learning Adventures offers programmes from 2 weeks to 6 weeks in duration in both the Southern Hemisphere summer and in the Northern Hemisphere Summer.
Our activities range from wilderness camping, cycle touring, kayaking and sailing, high ropes course, Mountain Biking, Golf, Environmental education activities , jetboating, bungee jumping, rafting and even cherry picking in the NZ summer months to skiing, snowboarding, ice skating etc in the NZ winter months.
This is a really unique opportunity for young people to experience the best of New Zealand's scenery and its popular outdoor and adventure education programmes. With an excellent safety maanagement record and independent auditing of our risk management process parents can rest assured that their sons and daughters will have the best possible care and instruction. The Manadatory Code of Practice for the pastoral care if International Students in New Zealand also NZ government protection to the quality of programmes offered by signatories such as Dunstan High School - which is the host institution for Learning Adventures programmes.
