Overview
This program is designed to provide students with a critical appreciation of Australia and its regional setting, while they pursue their own academic interests at one of Australias foremost research and teaching universities. Students gain an understanding of Australian society and its connections with Asia while pursuing an exceptional range of academics and recreation. Integration with Australian students and other opportunities to become immersed in local society enable students to go beyond observation and become full participants in the host culture.

Costs
Include: The CIEE fee for 200708 includes tuition, full-time program leadership and support, housing, optional on-site airport meet and greet, orientation, cultural activities (museums, theaters, art galleries), local excursions (Australian Rules Football, bush walking, twilight cinema), field trips, host institution identity card (for access to libraries, sports facilities), admission fees to host university events, comprehensive student handbook, pre-departure advising, and a CIEE iNext travel card which provides insurance and other travel benefits.
