Overview
The School of Flora N Fauna is proud to offer a unique opportunity for science students to study the natural sciences in Europe. Students can choose among intensive courses in, 1) Economic Botany using France and Belgium as an example, 2) General Ecology using preserves and parks in the SW of France and the French/Spanish Pyrenees as the course locations, and 3)Intensive French language and cultural courses. This special program occurs during the months of May and June, or during the month of September. The majority of the course time is spent on field trips actually hiking in, or visiting, places that exemplify the course topics.

Program Costs
Economic Botany in France and Belgium Intensive Course: $1995.00
General Ecology in France Intensive Course: $1995.00
For both the Economic Botany and General Ecology courses taken together: $3895.00
Intensive French language and culture courses: variable depending on number of weeks chosen.

Costs Include:  Costs during the science course dates include all accommodation and breakfasts, all transportation during the course dates, all park and preserve entry frees, special guided field trips to the Natural History Museum of Paris and the Plant Gardens in Paris, a couple dinners of traditional French food, all instruction and guiding, all guest speakers, all orientation and help in the foreigne country.

Financial Aid
Yes. All major universities have international study programs that many times offer options to complete independent study abroad covered by the student's federal financial aid. This has been done by many before. Email The School of Flora N Fauna for help.
