Overview
The School of Flora N Fauna is proud to offer a unique course offered nowhere else. The comparative rainforest ecology course allows the student to research, hike in, and study first the temperate rainforests of Washington state and next the tropical rainforests of Costa Rica: all during the same course. The course spends two weeks in the Olympic Rainforests of Washington state USA, and next two weeks in the tropical rainforests of Costa Rica. The course is an intensive study of rainforest ecology.
Financial Aid
Yes.
Many students have applied to their international programs and exchanges offices to do independent study abroad and then were able to use their federal financial aid to cover the cost of the program.
Dates
The course runs from 1st - 30th of August 2005
Deadlines
applications are due 90 days prior to the start, and final payments are due 60 days prior.
