The state of the art centre boasts facilities designed to give our graduates the skills needed to compete in the rapidly-growing Hospitality and Tourism Industry. With programs in Culinary Management, Events Management, Hotel, Restaurant and Bar Management, Tourism and Travel, the Hospitality Centre meets the needs of Ottawa's growing demand for skilled and motivated employees. We invite you to explore the opportunities that our programs will provide in Canada's fastest growing industry. Students come from across Ontario, as well as international destinations such as China, Japan,Thailand, the Caribbean, Europe, Africa, and South America. We are proud of the multicultural spirit in the Hospitality Centre. The centre has six kitchens designed to facilitate Baking, Chef Training, Culinary Management, and the Hotel and Restaurant Management programs. The on-campus Restaurant International is a unique facility in our community.It provides an excellent training facility for students in the School of Hospitality and Tourism at the same time as offering our guests a chance to experience superb meals at modest prices. A learning restaurant and kitchen will show you the standards that you can expect in the industry when our students graduate. Menus change each week of the semester which stretches from September to April. Academic Credit Academic credit is available.  Credits are post-secondary college credits. Eligibility Secondary School Graduation Diploma, senior English credit or TOEFL 213 CBT Housing/Accommodation • Dormitory • Homestay / Host Family • Apartment / Flat Students may choose between a Homestay program or living in one of the 3 on-campus student residences.
