With over 16 years of experience, WEP Australia is a small organisation that works with proven international partners to provide personalised and tailored services to students, their families and schools. Eligibility A 'C' average. Students are aged between 15 and 18. Housing/Accommodation • Homestay / Host Family Program Costs Short term - AUS $6290 Semester - AUS $7500 Academic Year - AUS $8500 Calendar Year - AUS $8500 Costs Include:  Price includes: guaranteed country of choice, research, selection and preparation of a welcoming host family, full board, food and lodging, with a host family, guaranteed school registration in chosen country, 24 hour emergency support overseas and in Australia, coordinator assistance and regular progress reports, full and comprehensive medical, hospital, accident, public liability and travel insurance, no deductions/excess for medical accidents International airfare from designated Australian airport to host country and return, round trip transfer between your arrival airport and your host family, airport greeting by a representative of the WEP overseas partner organisation, provision of documentation and assistance with visa application (visa costs are extra), programs and documentation (including handbooks and other materials) to prepare you for your exchange, pre-departure orientation and airport check-in assistance, arrival orientation in host country, WEP t-shirt and backpack Local activities and weekend trip to Paris during May Return assistance to students, all prepaid airport taxes, WEP Australia administrative costs, international partner administrative costs, GST.
