Program Terms • Summer Program Participants • Teenagers • High School Subject Areas • Japanese Language		Quick Look • Location: Fukuoka - Japan • Language of Instruction: Japanese Overview Spend 2 to 4 weeks experiencing life as part of a welcoming Japanese family while attending language classes and afternoon excursions and activities. No culture is more welcoming, and as part of a family you'll be truly immersed in their language, traditions and daily lives. Students can choose their dates and length of program. A bilingual local coordinator will meet you at the Fukuoka Airport and escort you to your homestay. Most families live in the greater Fukuoka area, and you'll have many opportunities to explore and discover life in a modern Japanese city. Eligibility Open to students who are 14 or older and have studied Japanese for the equivalent of one or more years in high school. Housing/Accommodation • Homestay / Host Family Program Costs 2-week program: $1,550 additional weeks: $550 per week airfare not included Costs Include:  welcoming host family Japanese language classes excursions and cultural activities medical insurance pre-departure orientation materials bilingual support Dates Choose the dates and length or your stay: June 1st - August 30th.
