Overview
Playargentina caters for students who wish to learn Spanish away from the crowded class rooms, standard basic teaching practices and want to challenge themselves to achieve a greater understanding of Spanish.
The programmes are designed for students that wish to benefit from teachers that share a passion for Spanish literature, history and politics.
Playargentina has carefully selected each of our teachers based on their experience, professional qualifications and their love for teaching.
As an English business based in Buenos Aires, Playargentina has first hand knowledge of many of the schools and has hand picked the very best teachers.
Many of our previous students have studied Spanish either at University or are studying Spanish in some capacity and want to step up a level in their studies.
A Free Assessment is offered by the teachers before each course to ensure that the students are challenged. The classes are designed to be as intensive as you want them to be.
There are a number of different courses that we offer.
Basic Introduction to Spanish
This course focuses on basic grammar and conversation Spanish. All the teaching literature is designed to give the students a basic understanding of everyday Spanish and the confidence to engage in conversation and understand the grammatical structure of the language.
Intermediate
Students begin to practice and learn the more advanced grammatical elements of Spanish with more emphasis on reading, comprehensions and listening skills. Classes are adapted to further the education through reading and discussing newspapers articles as well as translating Spanish music to build both on grammatical understanding and strengthen vocabulary.
Advanced
The Advanced classes put particular emphasis on Spanish Literature as part of the curriculum. This is an opportunity for students wishing to study their own chosen Spanish literature to do so.
Group discussions groups are also popular for those who wish to learn more about Spanish literature under the guidance and support of our teachers.
Online Tuition
Many of our students wish to continue with their studies after leaving Buenos Aires. We therefore offer an online service for our students post classes. For those that are studying Spanish at University find this service both extremely helpful and economical to further their education.

The price of hotel accommodation is extemely good value. Playargentina works with a number of hotels in the centre of Buenos Aires that can offer students affordable rooms but single supplements will apply.
If students prefer to stay in shared apartments or familes all can be organised as part of our service. It is recommended that at least 6 weeks notice is given prior to arrival.
Program Costs
US$20 per 90 minute class per person
Each programme runs for a minimum of 6 classes
10% discount is paid for any advanced payments of 12 or more classes
Costs
Include: Costs include tuition, class work material and hot beverages.
Any books that are studied as part of the programmes will not be supplied by the school
Dates
Programmes dates are flexible all year but subject to group numbers, namely a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6.
Reservations should be made at least 4 weeks in advance.
10% deposit is required 4 weeks before the start of each programme.
The outstanding balance can be paid on arrival before the programme commences.
