Financial Aid Yes. NECA Scholarship Program: Developed to assist students (enrolled in 2-year or 4-year institutions) and Adults with academic merit and/or that do not have enough resources. NECA is dedicated to making study abroad accessible to all students. To apply for a scholarship applicants should send NECA a 200-word essay and the on-line application from the NECA website.
