 Your Home Abroad is an Australian company that is dedicated to providing quality international student services. We specialise in advice, security & support to supplement students whilst studying in Australia.
Our range of quality services are extensive and include the basics such as accommodation, homestay and airport pick-up, as well as 24 hr Emergency Assistance, 24 hr Hotline (English/Mandarin), On-line Support, Legal Guidance, Study Support, Australian Student Newsletter, Parental Support & Advice, Interpreters Services, Immigration Advice & Assistance, Bank Account Services, Transport Advice, Travel Assistance, Health Care Advice, Insurance Application Assistance, and On-line Bulletin Board.
Your Home Abroad services extend to postgraduates, undergraduates, under 18's, vocational, language and business students. We understand that every student has specialised needs, some require personalised attention, whilst some just want peace of mind knowing there is someone there who actually cares about their welfare and is interested in their development and success whilst studying in Australia.
You can join a Your Home Abroad membership program and enjoy 12 months care and advice, or inquire about our individual services. Just remember its never too late to become a Your Home Abroad member, and no problem is too big or too small.

Your Home Abroad offers students quality accommodation options. Accommodation placement is included with certain membership types, and can also be provided to non-members seeking individual placements. We also offer members the option to advertise and search on our free Bulletin Board for accommodation. Accommodation premises are personally vetted and checked by Your Home Abroad staff prior to being recommended to students.

Costs
Include: 3 Star Membership: Your Home Abroad recommends 3 Star membership for, Vocational & Business students, Undergraduates, Postgraduates, Language Students, Business Students and students who want autonomy but still require specialized support, assistance and guidance. 3 Star membership is a security net to ensure students are not exploited and have independent confidential assistance & support during their study in Australia.
4 Star Membership: Your Home Abroad recommends 4 Star membership for under 18’s, Vocational students, Undergraduates and Postgraduates. This membership service includes 24hr emergency service available in both China and Australia .Student who choose the four star service are offered an additional parent/guardian support services not offered in our 3 Star service, which includes a quarterly report on students academic and integration progress.
5 Star Membership: Your Home Abroad recommends 5 star membership for Undergraduates, under 18’s, students requiring guardianship and students who require ongoing support and assistance. Parents are provided with information regarding the student’s academic progress and personal welfare on a monthly basis. This membership is designed also for students who have specialized needs. Parents have access to a 24hr bi-lingual emergency contact in China and Australia.

Dates
Your Home Abroad membership services commence from the day on which you enrol. Memberships are usually 12 months, however consideration will be given to short stay students and vocational students. Individual services are valid only for the period of use. If students enrol for a 12 month membership pre-departure, the date of the membership commences on arrival in Australia, however on-line support and pre-departure information commences from the day of application.
