Overview
Apicius Cooking School is located in downtown Florence, a city renowned for its art,food wine and hospitality. A convenient 5 minute walk from the Central San Lorenzo area the school's central location provides students the opportunity to enjoy the city as an integral part on their program. Apicius offers the finest food and wine studies programs in all of Italy. All courses are taught in English and students may also take Italian language courses as well. Your courses at the Apicius Cooking School may be taken for one day, a week, a month or for a semester. Students may also enroll in a year-long diploma program. Semester program students will participate in internships at Florentine restaurant.
Academic Credit
Academic credit is available.
Students enrolled in yearlong program receive Diploma certificate for their study and students enrolled in a semester programs receive an official transcript for their classes.
