Independent SALUD medical program in Guatemala with Spanish instruction and service learning in Antigua.
Academic Credit
Academic credit is available.
Past SALUD participants have been able to receive medical elective credit through their schools. Please consult with your school regarding obtaining credit for this course.
Eligibility
Your Spanish level must be High-Beginner or higher. This program is open to the following: 1st year Med Student, 2nd year Med Student, 3rd year Med Student, 4th year Med Student, EMTs, Nurses, Nursing Students, Other Health Professionals, Physician Assistants, Pre-Med students.

Costs
Include: 3 weeks 4 hrs/day classes (20 hrs/wk),
Private room with host family,
3 meals daily (except Sunday),
