Overview
We offer educative programs and travel for conscious travelers, creating awareness and understanding for the cultural, social and ecological situation of Guatemala.
Our aim is to share this stunning country, facilitating respectful interaction and an allover learning experience.
We are specialized in customized arrangements for individual travelers and groups, some purely leisure travel, others focus on education & volunteer work, with emphasis on socio-sustainability, stimulating actively the integral community development.
Eligibility
No minimum age, open to all levels of Spanish.

Housing with local families include 3 meals per day (except Sunday) and lodging in private room.

Volunteer Programs and Pricing:
All prices are quoted in US dollars and are valid for reservations up to 31-DEC-2005*.
All prices are subject to change due to increased costs, or exchange rate fluctuations.
Please note that the following options can be customized to your actual time commitment! For the Volunteer Programs “Complete Intense”, we also offer the option to reduce daily class time to 3 hours instead of 4 hours.
4 WK VOL COMPACT: US$850
4 weeks of private instruction (4 hours/day) PLUS half-day volunteering & accommodation with Guatemalan host family & 3 meals per day (except Sunday), airport transportation. Cost for extra homestay week: US$65.
4 WK VOL COMPACT plus weekend trips to Tikal, Lake Atitlán & Chichi and Monterrico Beach: US$1.225

4 WK INTERNATIONAL HEALTH ELECTIVE “SALUD IN GUATEMALA”: US$1.399
4 weeks of private instruction with focus on Medical Spanish (4 hours/day) INCLUDING 2 weeks half-day health placement & accommodation with Guatemalan host family & 3 meals per day (except Sunday), field trips to local clinics/hospitals, weekend trips to Tikal, Lake Atitlán & Chichi, and Monterrico Beach, airport transportation. Cost for extra homestay week: US$65.

Costs

Participants can start every Monday. Ask for availability during Christmas & New Year's and Easter week.
