Overview
This program, run in cooperation with the Amherst and Boston Campuses of the University of Massachusetts at the world-renowned University of Paris - Sorbonne, Paris VII (Diderot) and Paris IX (Dauphine) Universities, in Paris, France, allows students of all language levels to study French language and culture in one of the world's most cosmopolitan cities.
API students in Paris will study French language and can select from a variety of cultural electives. Semester students will earn 9-15 credit hours; year students will earn 18-31 credit hours. Summer and intensive month options are also available. Some courses offered in English. Transcripts are issued by the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
One of the most romantic and intriguing cities in the world, Paris has something for everyone: education, history, culture, cuisine, and nightlife! A large, metropolitan and international city full of tradition and rich European hisotry, it is a wonderful juxtaposition of old and new.
