Overview
Basic Diploma &
Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts.
Part-time recreational & baking programs.

Courses Include:
Sanitation & Safety, Basic Nutrition, Communications, Calculations, Kitchen Mgmt, Food Theory, Bake Theory, Culinary & BakingTechniques, Quantity Food Preparation.
