Overview
This Spanish Language Immersion Program in Madrid is a four-week, intensive study of the language and culture of Spain. The program will provide you with a unique cross-cultural experience that will enrich your life.
Open to SDSU students, students at other colleges and universities, and the general public. Participants earn four to six units of SDSU resident credit in Spanish. Courses are taught by the faculty of the Centro de Estudios Hispanicos at the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija in Madrid.
Participants will live with a Spanish-speaking host family. Two meals per day and weekly laundry service are provided.
Academic Credit
Academic credit is available.
Participants earn four to six units of SDSU resident credit in Spanish courses.
Eligibility
Minimum age for participation is 18 years of age.
Minimum language requirement: 2 semesters of college level Spanish or equivalent.

Estimated Cost: $3,500 (excluding airfare)
Costs
Include: Enrollment at SDSU in four units of Spanish.
Tuition costs at the Centro de Estudios Hispanicos at the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija (including orientation, 80 hours of instruction, academic reports, and administrative services)
Host family accommodations with two meals daily and weekly laundry service
