Overview
API offers students the chance to a variety of academic and cultural interests at 3 different universities in London, England.
The University of the Arts, London (UAL) is comprised of multiple colleges, including The Camberwell College of Arts, Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design, Chelsea College of Art & Design, London College of Communication, and the Wimbledon College of Art. With more than 100 years of experience in art, design, communication, and education, The University of the Arts program will stimulate and challenge your creativity and innovation as never before!
Westminster University offers API students an ideal location for studying and absorbing all that London offers during the summer, semester or year. Course offerings include business, computer science, education, health/human services, humanities, law, government, media, design, and more.
The London School of Economics (LSE) is a prestigious business school where summer students have the opportunity to study business and economics.
Academic Credit
Academic credit is available.
Transfer credit from accredited foreign universities.
Eligibility
Student must be 18 years old by program start date, Minimum 3.0 GPA for University of the Arts, London,and London School of Economics; Minimum 2.8 GPA for Westminster University, Good academic standing at home institution, Completed API application and module choices, One letter of recommendation, 300-500 word statement of study, One official transcript, For University of the Arts - Art and Design applicants: 20-24 slides, CD-ROM, or Zip Disk of your work

Costs
Include: PRE-DEPARTURE SERVICES Advising, @api Online Resources, Orientation Materials and Support, Mobile Phone, Peer Mentors, Social Networking, and Scholarships. ON-SITE SERVICES Airport Reception, Resident Directors and Staff, On-Site Orientation, Housing (Including Meals and Laundry with Some Options), Tuition, Tutoring, Language and Culture Tools, Medical and Life Insurance, Excursions (Overnight, Day and International in some locations), Social and Cultural Activities, Welcome and Farewell Group Meals, and Volunteer Opportunities.
