Overview
The Spanish Language Immersion Program in Cuernavaca is a four week, intensive study of the language and culture of Mexico. Open to SDSU students, students at other colleges and universities, and the general public.
Participants earn four units of SDSU resident credit in Spanish; up to six units can be earned for an additional unit purchase fee.
Courses are taught by the faculty of the Center for Bilingual Multicultural Studies. Living accommodations with Spanish-speaking families throughout Cuernavaca. An optional program supplementing the academic program at UNINTER. The purpose is to promote linguistic and intercultural exchange between national and international students.
You will live with a Spanish-speaking host family or individual during this program.It is likely that there will be other students in the apartment and that you will share a double bedroom. Three meals per day and transportation to and from school are provided.
