Overview
This program has been conducted by the University of New Orleans for 15 years. Participants earn six college credits in courses such as Photography, Literature, Film, Music, History, Architecture, Art, Philosophy,and Czech Language. Students can earn six college credits, which are transferable to home institutions. In addition to the workshops, participants attend a weekly culture series, walking tours, excursions in and around Prague, informal dinners, and weekend field trips to Vienna, Austria and Berlin, Germany. Academic Credit
Academic credit is available.
Six hours of undergraduate or graduate credit. Program is fully accredited and credits are transferable to home institutions. Participants not currently enrolled in college can register as non-degree seeking students.
Eligibility
Minimum Age 18 (or accompanied by an adult if younger); students must be in good standing at home university. Post-graduate participants can register as non-degree seeking students.

Doble and single rooms available. Housing is in newly renovated and very nice student dormitory in good Prague location.
Program Costs
Estimated cost for 2009 is $3,795.00
Costs
Include: Tuition for six credits, application fee, housing in double or triple room with breakfast, airport pick-up, city tour, travel health insurance, public transportation pass, lecture series, class excursions, some events and meals, credit transfer fees.
Financial Aid
Yes.
Federal Financial Aid (grants, loans, etc.) is available through the home institution. Program coordinator is happy to help with application process.
